Terms of Service

Effective May 28, 2026. By using Rig or this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software or the site.

1. Who we are

Rig (“the software”) and the website at rig.infinode.tech (“the site”) are operated by INFINODE (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: [email protected].

2. The licence we grant you

When you buy a Rig licence, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software on one machine at a time, for your own commercial or personal projects. You may move the licence between machines using the regeneration feature on your account dashboard, up to a maximum of five regenerations per licence.

The licence does not give you the right to:

3. The free tier

Rig may be used free of charge for up to four projects, without an account and without contacting our servers. The free tier is provided “as is” with no support obligation.

4. Your account

To purchase or manage a licence you create an account using Google sign-in or email and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and licence keys confidential. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or a licence key has been compromised; we will revoke and re-issue keys at our discretion.

5. Payment and billing

Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”) is the Merchant of Record for all paid purchases. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, VAT, sales tax, refunds, and invoicing. Your contractual relationship for the purchase is with Paddle; your relationship for the use of the software is with us.

Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Where applicable, taxes are added at checkout based on your billing location. Payment is due at the time of purchase; the licence is delivered by email and activated through the account dashboard once Paddle confirms the transaction.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Rig or the site to:

We may suspend or revoke accounts and licences that breach this section, with or without notice depending on the severity.

8. Updates and changes to the software

We may release updates, fix bugs, add features, or change behaviour at any time. We aim to keep paid licences working with each major version; if a future version requires a different licensing scheme we will give reasonable notice.

9. Warranties

The software and the site are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Rig is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunity.

11. Termination

You may stop using Rig at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account and licence for material breach of these terms. On termination, rights to use Rig under your licence end, but the sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site and reflected in the “Effective” date above. Continued use of Rig or the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively before the courts of the Republic of Maldives, except where a consumer’s mandatory local rights provide otherwise.
